You are only eligible to register if you belong to the Gurung (Tamu) community
Applicants must be current residents of the Netherlands to register.
Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Membership is open to all individuals who support the objectives and activities of Gurung Samaj Netherlands.
2. Accurate Information
Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false information may result in cancellation of membership.
3. Membership Approval
Submission of the registration form does not automatically guarantee membership. The Executive Committee reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
4. Membership Fees
Any applicable membership fee must be paid according to the rules established by Gurung Samaj Netherlands. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise decided by the Executive Committee.
5. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to respect the values, culture, and objectives of Gurung Samaj Netherlands and maintain respectful behavior during all activities and events.
6. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for membership administration, communication, and organizational purposes. The organization will protect member data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Communication
By becoming a member, you agree to receive information regarding events, meetings, announcements, and activities of Gurung Samaj Netherlands via email, telephone, or social media.
8. Termination of Membership
A member may resign at any time by notifying the organization in writing. The Executive Committee may suspend or terminate membership if a member acts against the interests, rules, or objectives of the organization.
9. Amendments
Gurung Samaj Netherlands reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any significant changes.
